Can anyone ID this holster?

Not 100% sure but that looks like an RCMP crest. This signature is AWESOME!!!

I tried looking up their used crests, and I'm not finding much. If it helps, there are "2" stamps between the rivers all along the straps. Also looks like the loops would only hold up to a .25 caliber round.
