October 25th is our regular USPSA Match, but with a twist. If you want to, you will be able to shoot the match with a Pistol Caliber Carbine. Two additional divisions have been added, PCC Iron and PCC Optic.

November 29th Action Shotgun

I was only thinking Action Shooting, but Steel is also a big thing so don't forget in addition to the matches listed above the 2nd Saturday is Knock Down Steel!

Do you work on Sundays? Knock down steel is on a Saturday and there is some kind of. 22 action match on a Saturday too.

Thanks for the info. I've been a USPSA member for about a month now.

 

Can someone give me the address of something that is right next to the range? The last time I went, I went to their indoor range instead. I can't find an address for the outdoor range, so if someone could provide that info, I'd appreciate it.

That's the address to the Bagel Boy across the street from the turn to Jake Brown Road.  Google/GPS'ing Jake brown road will take you to the wrong place.

 

Go down Jake Brown Road - you'll see an office building (Blonder Tongue) come up on your right side.  Stay on the road as it curves to the right - you'll get to where it turns into a gravel road - that's the road to the outdoor range.

Thanks, Louu.  What seems to be the more popular caliber for NDS, 9mm or .40?  If I attend future matches, I'd like to bring the propper equipment.

There is no minimum caliber or power factor requirement for knockdown steel. ( most steel is calibrated to about 120 PF to fall , that being said - most will fall down with a good .22 hit, or 3 ) 

 

Steel must fall, that's it.

 

Shoot whatever is more comfortable for you , and economical.

Is .22 economical again? For a while I could reload 9 cheaper.

Slightly, but you need to shoot twice as much of it at a knockdown steel match, so it's a wash.
