Chrome bolt carrier group

Daniel defense makes a chrome bcg and its on sale right now. Anyone run one of these? I guess cleaning may be easier but is there any real benefit?

NiBx is a satin finish, low bling factor.  Titanium for the WOW factor.  I guess as close to a gold tooth as you can get.

My LaRue guns have hard chromed bolts, deff easier to clean that the BCM bolt carrier groups I have in other guns.  Other than that, doubt anything else is better.

Chrome is not only harder than steel, almost impervious to corrosion but is much more lubricious as well. So the coefficient of friction of polished chrome is about 25% of the coefficient of friction of polished steel. Makes it easier to run with less lube and almost impervious to everything. Of course if you run the new nitrated carriers you might not care.
