AR 7.62 lower question

I have a lower from spikes tactical and I'm wondering if any lower is ok to start a 7.62x39 project. Or would I need to buy a specific lower?

Yep, any AR-15 lower will do just fine! Just get a Wolff EX hammer spring and a 7.62x39 modified firing pin if you plan on using any steel case Russian ammo like Brown Bear, Wolf or GT! They have harder primers

that some AR 7.62x39 builds (Like mine) may experience FTFs and light primer strikes with. Good luck.

Thanks man. Gonna look into the hammer spring and firing pin. I've heard a lot of people say they have trouble feeding and striking the primers hard enough
