Does the 90 days start when the permits are printed from njsp or when you pick it up from the PD?

So NJSP. PD mailed me saying its ready for pickup. Mail date says 2/10/16. They will be closed until Tuesday so I'm assuming issue date was prior to 2/10/16 from NJSP.

Because I have a few waiting. Wont be able to pick it up until Tuesday, possibly Thursday at the latest. Trying to use all back to back before it expires. Not sure how my town is with extensions.

If you are getting 3, all can be picked up conservatively within 62 days. So you have 28 days from the issue date to acquire the first one.
