Antonin Scalia was a disgrace to the bench as he continually displayed shocking judicial illiteracy.  He was a homophobe, a bigot, a racist, a misogynist and an all-around despicable human being, he was never qualified to be a judge in any court, much less the Supreme Court of the United States.

That next war between the states could be closer and closer if that *** gets another justice. No doubt the second amendment is screwed. Republicans need to act like they have backbone. They are going to get called racist no matter they do. Hell I would rather be called a racist than a disgrace to my nation and support Obama. I fail to see how I could be called racist as I would vote condi rice, ben carson, or hermain cain any day or a candy tailed liberal like Reid, Pelosi or Clinton.

 

As a side note.

 

I know many of my northern friends are worried about their gun rights. We ( southerners) tried to warn you guys of the danger of things to come many times in history. social engineering does not work it just gave white liberal power bases mindless voters who vote to keep the free stuff coming.

 

A quest for equality ( which is right and was a good thing on paper) turned into turning our country over to gangsters and prostitutes.

 

 

On gun control. I am prepared to die to defend the rights God and the constitution gave me. When they come for me I will have a 45 in one hand a bible in the other and a copy of the constitution in my back pocket. Anyone who thinks my g uns are a political issue should be prepared to die to take them.

 

I will also apologize for the part my people have in this mess. I should have rethought how our crops were cultivated.

Go brother go. Remember though the Constitution only affirmed those rights, affirmed that they existed since the first cave man picked up an ass's jaw because Cain walked into town. They are not given or to be given by men. They are part of our natural God-given rights.

I agree! I see nothing good coming out of this mess. Far too many ignorant and FSA people will vote for a socialist candidate before a conservative. We need a miracle!

Obama doesn't "appoint" a SC justice. He nominates. He can't squat without the senate confirmation. And a recess in Jan 2017 won't get him anywhere. As I understand it, nothing will be happening in the court until the next president is seated.

 

Which brings us back to the main issue. Who is elected in November. Nothing else matters.

 

Obama will make a political nomination. Some hack he can claim is a "reasonable choice". Then claim that republicans are obstructionist and ignore the Constitution by refusing to confirm whoever the hell he nominates. Btw.... I'm guessing it would be Sammantha Power's husband Cass Sunstein. ....satan would be a more reasonable choice. Read about him.

 

Anyway.... If McConnell allows Obama's nomination to come to a vote, it will be the end of the republican party. The fallout will be catastrophic because he would have put a stake through the heart of the Constitution.

 

Scalia's death, beyond the loss for our country and the tragedy for his family, should signal a sort of call to arms. The next election has now without any doubt become the defining event for the future of our country. Anyone who bitches about Trump, or Cruz or Rubio or whichever republican they don't like and adds they aren't voting....is a certifiable idiot. Time to drop the asinine premise that it has to be the perfect candidate and just get yourself and everyone who isn't a dem to to polls to vote for the R. Whoever the hell it is.

 

It think Scalia's death, as sad as it is, may wake people up.

 

Liberals hated Scalia. So did the ignorant. That should tell you how great a man he was. Brilliant guy that understood the importance of treating the Constitution as it was originally intended as the best way to protect the liberties of the citizen's of the greatest country ever to exist.
