I'm just waiting on NICS for my lower actually. I got the polymer one from midwestpx. I just went today for the paperwork as soon as NICS check finishes I'm good to go. Yeah I'm surprised I got the lower and upper and the parts kit so quickly all within a week. And thanks to my bro for the charging handle I'll save some cash. Mags and ammo are another story.

If I purchase this and remove the barrel extesion and flash hider and have a muzzlebreak pinned or welded on is this NJ legal. Futher is it possible to keep the barrel extender? If I go to a gunshow in a state where private sales are allowed. Is it possible to purchase a handgun and bring back to NJ as long as I don't transfer it to another individual or am I now a straw purchaser. Also what about long guns?
