  1. I’ve carried fixed and folders for years in NJ without any problems. Not being a gangbanger or thug goes a long way I imagine. One time in the cherry hill mall a an officer gave my strider SMF a good long look. But for the fact I’m holding my 4 year older daughter made him think better of being a complete dick and asking about it. i do often carry knives while working in NYC and all over norther NJ. We will have an officer 50% of the time in NJ and at most it’s a cop that’s a knife guy that wants to check out my blade and maybe show off his carry too.
  2. The Vortex SE is defiantly good out to 300, that said I’m not a fan of the reticle. It’s a bit chunky and the entire reticle lights up to not day light bright. I’m think about something like a fire dot from Leupold as a set up in the near future.
  3. Freedom munitions won't ship rifle without FID, they won't get my business.
  4. I went with the BCM and it's pretty good, not all stupid loud too.
  5. Detachable mag is worth more then any "evil feature"
  6. I have a bad ass I picked up from red barn armory as part of the build your own LPKs. Love it
  7. I always carry a knife and I often go to philly. I also don't go out of my way to hide it either. That said I don't through a lot of metal detectors. The way I see it much like jersey if your not a dick most cops will just give you a good look over.
  8. It's like a part time job and you got to be a little crazy to do. That said uv been doing it for the last 12 years.
  9. I'd also never sell or give away my reloads under any circumstances, just not worth someone loosing an eye over. I have given so thought to letting someone else shoot my reloads, in my rifle, with me present and decided they better bring factory ammo.
  10. Thanks I never even thought of the gun shows
  11. Hey, Are there any shops that actually have lots of different manufacturers in store? I'm not afraid to buy online I just rather support a local shop if I can justify it. I'm in Delran NJ not too far from cherry hill, will to dive pretty far if needed. Thanks Jesse
  12. As the mechanic at work always says about the equipment, "operator error". Plain and simple you can't fix stupid.
  13. Yes it's not cheap but deals can be had while buying used. Paid $215 for my DB frag grips included & I couldn't be happier. It really is bulletproof and they come in all different steels either 3/16 or 1/4.
  14. I'd say they wanted a over all length of 30" & don't make a barrel long enough to achieve it.
