  1. I have a xd 45 service and a glock 19 . Both are excellent guns and would trust my life with either. .45 is twice as expensive if not more than 9mm so consider that in your choice and what you plan n doing with the gun. And no need for thumb Saftey as the grip Saftey is enough
  2. Looks like Whippany property is being cleared on s jefferson and I think they got the go.
  3. Looking at a .458 socom ar build. The rounds are obviously larger then a 5.56 round so 10 458 socom rounds fit in a standard 30 round ar magazine. Now how the hell do I legally own a 30 round 5.56 magazine but only have 10 round of .458 socom in it?
  4. If you commit a crime after your get your fid card they have no way to know without nics
  5. DICKS sucks, treats their customer like crap, and screwed a ton of people out of troy ar's
  6. Bullet hole has to deal with the gangstas holding their glock sideways but everyone is basically friendly. Jen sold me my first gun years ago. Don't be afraid to go there. Just be afraid of nais in your tires from that dumb train track parking lot
  7. So after reading my post the nice folks at mastodon offered to fix the other shops mistake. Nick took the time out of his day to fix my issue. He had me take pictures of how the other shop did not drill down enough on the barrel and of course showed me how to use a crush washer. It was a very amusing time at the shop. If you guys ever need anything I can say go nowhere else.
  8. so the ffl was nice and worked with me, told me with the crush washer with the brake would not time right and to keep the brake on right and tight it would need either a bigger crush washer or some peel washers. he is ordering peel washers and will fix it for me next week.
  9. I had a muzzle brake pinned and welded and don't think the smith did it right. It's timed right, and pinned, but is slightly loose. I don't mind it if its ok. But I thought there should be no movement at all? I feel like a noob. Is it right or not. final update: So after reading my post the nice folks at mastodon offered to fix the other shops mistake. 12. to anyone who has bought the bolt carrier there is a thread on another forum where the lugs on the bolt are breaking after 30 rounds or less...
