  1. Love the term “law abiding gun owner”..... yet the crown keeps changing the law and the loyalists bow down Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. All because of that pic. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. They never got in my safe. That’s what the battle was really over. The media blitz was to make sure they didn’t come back. Dyfs called me daily trying to get me to open the safe. The police pulled over everyone of my family members every time they saw one for a while. Never wrote a ticket, never ran a DL. Just pulled em over, walked up to the window, poked their head in and let em go. (Intimidation) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Sounds like he was representing me.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Yeah you not believing doesn’t change a thing Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Like I said. It never went to court. The charges were dropped. I talked about it on the forum multiple times over the last few years. But now all of a sudden it’s unbelievable. I’ll ask the guy today if I can use his name. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Just because Nappen wins before it even hits the courtroom doesn’t mean it’s not a win. No is known to do this because it doesnt set case law. A friend of mine was arrested for a collapsible stock in Salem county. (Ex-wife during divorce). He argued that its adjustable since it doesn’t fully collapse. The state dropped the charges before it went to court and returned the gun. That’s a win Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. He said flat out I could sue but I’d be a target in that area the rest of my life. My family is all around this area so I didn’t. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Details in this case if for another thread. Just stating that Nappen helped me a lot and never asked for any money. Only time it came up was when I was meeting with the nra and they were gonna pay Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Nappen and I hammered them with a media campaign and put them on the defense. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. The problem is nj does regularly harass gun owners. Everyone thinks it’s bs till it happens to you I chose not to go after my township Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. And Evan Nappen represented me for FREE Damn he’s greedy Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. 2 dyfs workers did Then the cops left never to return Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Are either of them sitting in jail still? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. It’s not like the state ever raided someone’s house without a warrant searching for guns they legally bought and committed no crimes with. But when they couldn’t find them threatened to take their kids and then when asked to id themselves ran away Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. https://www.ammoland.com/2018/10/njs-firearm-permit-revocation-law-provides-no-basis-for-the-forfeiture-of-firearms/#axzz5SrhS0Q6E https://www.njcourts.gov/attorneys/assets/opinions/appellate/unpublished/a3769-15.pdf?cacheID=XbMKqyk Plenty more on his firm page.
