I know the date I moved to my current residence. It was in 8/2007 till now. I do not remember the exact month I moved to my previous address nor do I have the license to that residence anymore. I must've thrown it out. My question is does the month date and year need to be on the consent form or is just the year suffice.

Yes it is a pictured drivers license. What does this have to do with my original question? Why do you need to know my transaction id number on my drivers license?

Hi all! Basically new to the forum. I recently picked up an fid application again after being denied back in 2012 and not pursuing legal action cause of specific reasons. As I am reapplying for it again I'm curious about a question on the Consent For Mental Health Records Search form. My previous address was within the past 10 years. The problem is I cannot find any record of when I had my license change to living there but found my old license change to my current address. I know the year I moved there and the season but not exactly sure the month and date. Do I need to be specific or is just the year fine?

How long should it take to be approved for a gun permit? I've been waiting since the middle of may 2011 I don't want to bother the officers that handle the applications cause Ive been told it could bother them and create instant denial of permit. Any ideas or opinions
