Including me. Now that the dust has settled I'll be going for mine this year.

I think most of the problems people have with bullpups stem from conversions with poor triggers. With a decent trigger bullpups make a lot of sense.

Another Year, The NRA will NOT be getting my $$$

And Wayne is in the news again. While I am no fan of Letitia James, this may be what it takes to pry Wayne's fat ass out of the throne. https://dnyuz.com/2024/01/02/lapierre-longtime-n-r-a-leader-faces-trial-that-could-end-his-reign/ Much has changed since Ms. James began investigating the N.R.A. four years ago. The organization, long a lobbying juggernaut, is a kind of ghost ship. After closing its media arm, NRATV, in 2019, it has largely lost its voice, and Mr. LaPierre rarely makes public pronouncements. Membership has plummeted to 4.2 million from nearly six million five years ago. Revenue is down 44 percent since 2016, according to its internal audits, and legal costs have soared to tens of millions a year. Legal observers think Mr. LaPierre will be hard pressed to convince the judge that he should keep his job, given the revelations that have surfaced. -

5 pounds of black powder goes fast if you have a cannon. -

I have been saying this for years. I send money to local organizations that actually do something, and don't show up in Armani suits (which we paid for). The NRA needs to wake the F up. As its membership ages out, it will continue to decrease in size and relevance. But Wayne and his cronies don't care, as long as they get theirs. -
America Without The 2A Looks Like What?

Kinda like New Jersey... -
Probably because the wall is on the right hand side. They tend to congregate on warm, light colored surfaces.

I was there around noon - I think I saw you and your friend. I was on the other end sighting in a Ruger 10/22. Thanks for acting as a decoy for the stinkbugs and ladybugs!

Sighted in a new scope at Clinton WMA today. Beautiful day, but the range was loaded with boxelder bugs. I've got a ton of them at my house too. I sprayed and that helped, but they seem to be everywhere. Anyone else seeing an order of magnitude increase this year?

Hornaday allows you to enter both wind speed and direction.

I have a similar problem with guitars.

air/CO2 rifle source?
Grapeshot replied to Grima Squeakersen's topic in Firearm Hobby / Sport Discussion
Just FYI - Groundhogs are tougher than you think. A .22 pellet out of a high-velocity air rifle at short range would probably do the trick, but an actual .22 will be more humane. If you're going to spend the money anyway, buy yourself a nice .22. Cheap to shoot, lots of fun, and everyone should have at least one. BTW - I hunt small game with an air rifle (squirrels and rabbits), and I wouldn't try and kill a groundhog with one (at least not with the rifles that I have).
