  1. Thank you Sir....just got the refund into our PP.
  2. I agree with PK. Can a moderator lock this thread. The OP has disappeared and several side bar conversations have been carried on throughout this thread.
  3. I’ll take the first order from PK when he gets the whole thing.
  4. So to clarify your situation you had a family dispute in which LEO’s had to respond to the incident. You owned or have had firearms in which the LEO’s during their investigation became aware of those firearms. It appears you may have been served with a TRO in which collection of said firearms needed to be turned over to the LEO’s serving you. Once your matter which appears to be resolved via the courts now allows you to take possession of the surrendered firearms. Also welcome to the forums.
  5. I’ll take it, pm sent, when she needs a new home. LOL All kidding aside. Amazing find and as always a great education on the history of a classic. Enjoy that amazing find.
  6. See my earlier post if you want to know what 2C laws where amended and what 2C laws are still in effect and shall continue to be enforced per AG letter dated 10/20/2017.
  7. @Zeke no problem at all. As I said to you in the message not here to pass judgement or debate. Just passed along the information I was provided.
  8. Per the 10/20/2017 AG memo nothing changed except a NJ resident over the age of 18 may now posses and transport the previous banned CEW. Meaning no carrying. Unless the AG amends the memo. A CEW is still under the Criminal Code classified as a weapon under N.J.S.A 2C:39-4(d).
  9. Just read the 10/20/2017 AG Memo on stun guns: N.J.S.A. 2C:38-3(h) win for NJ resident. N.J.S.A. 2C:39-9(d) win for NJ resident. All other provisions of the Criminal Code pertaining to stun guns remain in force and shall continue to be enforced, including: N.J.S.A. 2C:39-4(d) N.J.S.A. 2C:39-4.1 N.J.S.A. 2C:39-5(d) N.J.S.A. 2C:39-5(e)(2) N.J.S.A. 2C:39-7(a)
  10. Update to my previous post. As most of us in the PRNJ have experienced regarding the Gearhog special, our FID information never transferred over to the latest updated Freedom Munitons website a few months ago. This would be for those who have purchased from Freedom Munitions previously. Gearhog decided to punt as much of us unfortunately found out this week. It was not an issue at all from Freedom Munitions. After several emails to Darcy the robot CSR at Gearhog who has responded back to me three times each time with the same response but with a different Dear ........, I like most people have disputed the credit card charge. They appear to have no human being to talk to via phone nor email. Mrs Anderson at Freedom Munitions is the contact for those who still want to receive the 45ACP deal. This was a legitimate special between Freedom and Gearhog. It appears to be the last time Freedom will use Gearhog. They had agreed to post another caliber this weekend but have pulled the contract with Gearhog. I personally will continue to use Freedom as in years past for their standup customer service and for honoring the agreed upon special. Thanks Freedom Munitions and Mrs. Anderson.
