Hey guys just bought a new 20" upper from PSA, it comes with a standard a2 flash hider. I can change it to a muzzle brake on my own but I need a gunsmith/ someone who can pin and weld it onto the barrel. I would like to meet some one locally south jersey (cherry hill) Any advice would be great

Need some help with my smith and Wesson m&p15 OR, I am trying to replace the standard hand guards with Troy alpha rail handguards. I removed the old gas block/gas tube and I am having a heck of a time trying to get the roll pin in to the new low profile gas block/gas tube. hello i don't know if this is the right section to be posting in but here it goes, this is my fist time using buds guns i picked an FFL in PA because of the NCIS wait here in nj. just got a call from buds today saying that its there policy that they only ship firearms to the state you live in. has any one ever dealt with buds before? Maple Shade/Burlington county 1/7/13 dropped of application for FID was told 8/9 weeks 1/16/13 finger printed and references dropped off 2/15/13 called the records keeping dept to check up on things and was told it would be 14 to 18+ weeks. Any thing i can do about this? i thought there was 30 days min to be approved to denied any help would be appreciated
