  1. My wife was just asking if an afg on my MSR was illegal, I said no. I guess I should have said no,not yet Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  2. So I'm looking to move into a new home soon and trying to figure out the proper way of moving certain items one may own as a member of this forum from the current house to the new house if I was to close on both the sale of my current home and the purchase of my new home on the same day. Dose closing count as a reasonable devation? (I acknowledge any and all response are not legal advice) Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  3. Signed it and put the word out to some groups/pages I belong to in social media to help spread the word. I reached out to Adam Kraut (The Gun Collective, This week in guns and running for NRA Board) about this a while back, he said in reality it will be up to the court if they hear the case. I personally believe it will take a lot of noise to maybe get the courts attention and help sway them to hear it if they are on the fence. Maybe if the NRA did back it and start a campaign to support it, it could help. Keep spreading the word and banging that drum! Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  4. Nglitz hit it right on the head. Fixed the original post. I AM NOT a member of that organization and I would never emphasize belonging to any organization that supports ppl like him. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  5. At my local Sporting clay place and NJ Outdoor Alliance is having an event and I see this..... Ugh Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  6. From Firearms Radio Network I still listen to The AR-15 podcast and This week in guns (TWIG). They have a good collection of 2A shows (all shows are very close to G-rated, if not you are pre warned) Triangle Tactical Podcast - good for those who want to get into the shooting sports from a guy who is down to earth and we'll aware he is not a grand master (all shows are very close to G-rated, if not you are pre warned) WMMR Preston and Steve Podcast (broadcast morning show, I'd call it PG-13 with Rob rated enuendos, but it Flys with the FCC) The Drinkin Bros podcast (R-rated, huge online community on Facebook, etc. They are the guys behind Range 15 (the movie), Article 15 clothing, Black Rifle Coffee Company, and other veteran owned companies) There are plenty other I have ditched over the years due to only so many hours on a week for podcasts but would recommend including: The Nerdist Podcast (Chris Hardwick, entertainment mostly interviews promoting music, movies and TV shows), The Tony Bruno Show (Sports - Philly centric but not all philly), Gun Guy Radio, The Art of Manliness, The 3 gun shown Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  7. Quick look at the box, it's a Talo Colt. Quick Google search and found this link. So yes it is cerakote, not from Colt, but Talo http://www.taloinc.com/colt-firearms/colt-stone-grey-defender-45-o7000dz Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

  10. Well I know that, but does a jury of 12 of my "peers" know that? Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  11. So I'm the only one that is overly conservative and uses them whenever I transport, just to be safe along with them in a locked case (for my handguns) and locked up ammo ammo cans? Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  12. You'll just be jealous of our CCW until we are found out and locked up! Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  13. I agree, just trying to brain storm some ideas that don't require me to actually put myself or my family in danger, just so I can excerise my right to keep and bear arms outside of my home. I know this is just piling on, but even update, NJs Justifiable Need requirements are still the same as saying we don't need a standing military until another country threatens to attack the US.
