New Gretna shooting range?

I have a boat down in New Gretna and I saw a sign for a range right there near Viking Yacht club.

 

Anyone have any information about this range? I can't seem to find anything on the web.

maybe its one that belongs to a rod/gun club. I never saw one down there either.

The sign indicates it's on E Greenbrush road. I was on the way home so I didn't get a chance to investigate.

it is most likely one of the gun clubs, i will look for the sighn i live 10 min from newgretna..

I think I know the sign you mean. It belongs to a Rod and Gun club.

All of the hunting clubs in New Gretna (Bass River Twp) have shooting ranges. I belong to one of them. You need to be a member or guest of a member. Most of the clubs allow shooting (non-hunting) members to join.

two of our local clubs have a waiting list too join and it takes years to get in.. a friend can bring you their too shoot if he is a member.

There are three that I know of. All three have ranges. I belong to one that is not on E Greenbush.

I do not believe that New Gretna has a discharge law. I personally know of two people with houses in the town that shoot in their own back yards.
