It's from the Maryland law review and it is academic supported work with facts. Not like the b.s. the brady campaign spits out to move its agenda. It's good to see the crime rates drop when right to carry is enacted. It is also going to be interesting when we see the statistics in Maryland have a report done on them. If you're not going to read it, basically it is states that when right to carry is enforced, crime rates drop as a result.
