Today is 30 days later

Can I legally take possession today?

Or am eligible tomorrow? (day 31)

What I couldn't quite get was, possess on day 30, or 31

Today is 30 (and much more convenient lol)

So technically, since this is day 30, I'm still within the 30 and must wait

If only we could get a judge to disqualify that law just like they did for the PD when it comes to the 30 day limit for PPP's and FID's. I also have a new HG sitting at my dealer waiting for OGAM. Savings so many lives with this "common sense" gun control law <sarcasm>....

You can buy on day 30. However you don't count the day you purchased you last handgun as day 1. The day after is day 1

I've had NICS clear a sale on day 30. In the OP's example, today would be fine, contrary to what is written in the law.
